Fluffs will be the official currency for the play-to-earn game and other utilities. This token will be used to rent, breed and purchase in-game utilities such as Treats, spells, skill points and more.
Fluff has a finite number of tokens created at 1 Billion tokens. No more tokens are to be created even when the game launches. The reason behind this strategic decision is that the Team wanted the Fluff to be deflationary. Which ideally means that its value will only increase as time goes by. However, the value of this token will depend on the players who are willing to support and play the game.
Currently, more than half of the maximum token supply is with the community. This was done through airdrops and giveaways held last December to February. The other 40% of the supply will be reserved for in-game match and event rewards. 10% will be allocated for the development of the game. No tokens will be allocated to the Team.
