Gameplay and Game Modes
Each player can either own or rent xCorgis to play the game. Initially, the game has 3 modes: Royal Rumble, Arcade and Custom Matches
Royal Rumble
In this game mode, a total of 32 players will be joined in a lobby to race through an obstacle course. These courses are expertly engineered to make the players innovate in their gaming style for each and every map, finding new ways to beat other players and the game.
A match has 3 exciting rounds, each round lessens the number of players participating or that particular round; 32 players, 16 players and 8 players for the first, second and third round respectively. On the third and final round, only 3 victors are to be selected (our of 8 players) who finished the race first. All three players will be awarded certain number of Fluff tokens.
The courses or maps are generated randomly each round giving the players the thrill of finding out which map will be chosen for the said round.
A match will cost a player 1 Energy Treat. These Treats will be replenished every 2 hours and a player can only hold a maximum of 4 Energy Treats at a given time. Once a Treat is consumed, a timer of 2 hours will automatically start giving the players enough time to plan their activities during the day to maximize the usage of these Treats.
Arcade
In this mode, players are encouraged to participate daily to acquire rewards in Fluff. Time is of the essence in this mode. Only a maximum of 10 stages are available for a player daily.
Here, the developers let the players try new maps. Their will be a specified time limit to go through the obstacles which is based on the average time a regular player should finish the race. The amount of prizes to be given per stage will be incremental, consequently, the level of difficulty becomes harder in each succeeding stage. A player only hold 12 Arcade Treats at a given time. 1 Arcade Treat will be replenished every 2 hours.
Custom
Here, players can invite their friends (5-10 players per lobby) to join them in trying out a new map. They also have the option to wager some of their Fluff tokens. Winner of the match takes all the wagered tokens.
